Bank Tellers.
I will never, ever understand how banks decide on the best scenario for staffing their counters.If I go into the bank on a random Wednesday morning, there will inevitably be five tellers standing at the counter, staring into space, cracking jokes, or doing nothing. But go in at lunchtime on a Friday, when everyone in Bethesda is trying to cash their paycheck? Two tellers, one of whom is in training. I don't get it.
